		<description>Great tip on the shopping list. I actually wrote out an e-book on how to save money at the grocery store a few weeks ago, but never did anything with it.

		<description>I love your tips - one thing that has really helped me is doing my grocery shopping online.  That way I stick to my list, there are no temptations to face because I don't ever set foot in the store!  This also helps me keep to my budget as well which is an added bonus.</description>

		<description>I beefed up my water intake and it has made me feel a lot better!  I put Cucumbers in with my water to add flavor.  After 3 days people were commenting on how great my skin looked.  Keeping up with the water was hard to get used to, but it has helped me shed some pounds and has given me the extra drive to lose more!!!</description>
